To respect everyone’s time, there’s a 15-minute grace period for appointments. A $15 late fee will be applied for tardiness beyond this window. If you’re more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. No call, no shows will result in a ban from future appointments and a 100% service charge.
Appointments must be scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Failure to do will result in a $30 fee
All services require a $50 non-refundable deposit fee. The remaining fee must be paid via cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Square. Please note we no longer accept Cash App
All appointments must be rescheduled within 24 hours via text or through your confirmation email. For cancellations made on the day of the appointment or NO SHOWS, 100% of the service fee will be charged to your card on file. Please note that any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit their deposit, and a new appointment must be booked with an additional booking fee.
Squeeze-in appointments incur an additional $100 fee, payable at the time of booking. Please note that appointments are for individuals only; no kids or extra guests unless they’re also receiving a service. Kindly book all “add-on” services in advance to avoid a $20 inconvenience fee due to time constraints. You are responsible for payment based on your original booking; no exceptions. Specials must be booked within the designated dates.
When scheduling an appointment, please ensure that your hair is thoroughly washed, blow dried, and free of oil, unless you have included a wash service. If you do not choose the wash add-on service and arrive with unwashed hair, there will be an extra charge of $60, or your appointment may be canceled. Your hair should be a minimum of 4 inches long. If you are unsure about the length of your hair, I recommend booking a consultation to avoid any potential appointment cancellations.
